Trolling Rods
Shimano Consultant: Willem Stolk
Titanium is a material with a big reputation for strength combined with minimal weight. So where better for Shimano to begin our quest to produce rod guides of a quality never seen before? It’s taken time, and it’s taken significant investment. Ti-Lite Guides feature on many existing and new Shimano rods, and we know that our customers appreciate the reduced overall weight, improved action and casting performance they bring.
Th is rod is “tailor-made” for specialised trolling as well as all fresh and saltwater conditions. The outstanding Antares blank is available in two different lengths and offer a powerful trolling action with a 3lb test curve. Features like the rugged reel seat and gimbal fittings make it one of the most interesting rods on the market for big lure pike trolling.
