Duke School Graduation was one of the few schools in the area to offer a full school year of in-person learning to its nearly 500 students in preschool to eighth grade. New Head of School Lisa Nagel was brought on during the pandemic and, with her guidance, the school crafted a hybrid model that allowed for full-time, in-person instruction with an option for at-home learning, too. To celebrate the accomplishments of its graduating eighth grade class, the school held a car parade through campus on June 3 followed by a graduation ceremony in the middle school gym later that evening.
