ohousing is all about the mentality of its members – people who want to move into a shared-space community to live among others who intentionally want to build lives centered on collaboration. Multi-generational cohousing communities are prevalent around the world, including several in Durham, and attract people who seek a stable living space that is environmentally and socially sustainable. 
Solterra residents meet for weekly cantina nights. Families take turns cooking, and everyone shares meals and conversation in the common house.
