The Durham Regional Association of Realtors (DRAR) held its 99th annual awards luncheon at the Hope Valley Country Club in early January. Julia Tucker of Coldwell Banker Advantage received the 2019 Realtor of the Year Award. Emilee Collins of West & Woodall Real Estate received the Service Award; Kimberly Williams of Right Time Realty received the Citizenship Award. Fen Adcock, Louis Ficks, Whitney Rich, Juanita Starks, Mike Strayhorn, Larry D. Thomas and Eric Stutts were presented with Silver Service awards as DRAR members who have attained 25 years of membership. NC Realtors Housing Foundation also presented DRAR with a grant check for $4,000 to be put toward the Durham realty community’s Durham Habitat for Humanity home.
