Starrlight Mead co-owner Ben Starr has worked at the
meadery full-time since Sept. 1, 2023, after retiring from Kodak. Labor Day weekend marked the meadery’s 13th anniversary.
The Chatham Arts Council welcomed Grammynominated musician, author and educator Pierce Freelon and artists from maker space initiative Blackspace to the its Artists-in-Schools program.
