Chocolate Espresso Martini
Lavender Haze Martini
1.5 oz. Empress Indigo gin
1 oz. fresh espresso
0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur 0.5 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. vanilla vodka
Dash of lavender bitters
0.5 oz. Irish cream liqueur
Dash of edible glitter Soda water Add gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, bitters and glitter to a cocktail shaker. Stir, and then pour over a coupe glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.
