a family affair
Sisters Winnie Maller, 13, and Ruby Maller, 16, have a built-in chef at home in mom Gwen Maller, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute (now known as the International Culinary Center) in New York City. Gwen currently works as a personal chef with The Food Fairy, a meal and event service based in Chapel Hill that also offers cooking classes. With that background, she does all she can to nurture a love of food with her own daughters. Ruby associates food with special travel and learning experiences with her family.
