Kim Tesoro Woman of the Year Award The Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce awarded Stephanie Bohling with the inaugural Kim Tesoro Woman of the Year Award on Oct. 15 at a luncheon at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club.
