Practice some much-deserved self-care this Mother’s Day with a 90-minute yoga class hosted by Yoga Off East founder and mother of two, Kathryn Smith. Featuring a simple vinyasa sequence followed by deep stretches, long holds, a guided meditation and an extended savasana, organizers say you can also expect a few surprises throughout the session. This event will be held virtually through Zoom if it cannot be held in person.
