At Easton & Easton, practicing law is all in the family. After entering the field in 1971 and spending a number of years working for large litigation firms, Douglas Easton opened The Law Offices of W. Douglas Easton in 1991. His sons Brian, Matthew and Travis Easton all followed their father’s lead in becoming attorneys, and Easton & Easton, LLP was established in 2014.
Specializing in personal injury, premises liability, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases, the firm’s four Easton partners and four associate attorneys have seen success in advocating for injury victims in the Southern California area, as Easton & Easton has obtained more than $100 million for its clients in the last five years alone.
In three decades, Easton & Easton attorneys have won numerous individual and firm awards, and the firm has a strong Orange County presence, as it currently serves as the official attorney of the Anaheim Ducks and a sponsor of the Los Angeles Angels.
Easton & Easton credits much of its success to a unique family dynamic, where their individual strengths come together to create an entity that is greater than the sum of its parts.
“Our firm differentiates from others because of our family aspect and integrity,” says Easton & Easton case manager, Katie Rea. “Doug is very proud to have had his sons follow in his footsteps and continue this legacy.”

Family is also the theme at the Simon Law Group, where twin brothers Robert and Brad Simon teamed up and maximized their strengths to start the firm in 2009. They are joined by several family members and have expanded to 20 attorneys across seven offices, including five in California and two in Texas, with their Orange County office located in Santa Ana.
Specializing in representation in all areas of personal injury, the awardwinning litigation and trial firm’s stated objective is to put their clients first.
“We pride ourselves on putting the client’s thoughts, feelings and desires above what might be best for our bottom line,” says Simon Law Group CFO Murat Jon Abayhan. “Our goal is to maximize the client’s net recovery and walk away with a new friend for life.”
Outside of the courtroom, the brothers founded Justice HQ, a membership organization for like-minded consumer advocates (justicehq.com).

With more than 80 attorneys and 200 employees across its nine offices, KNCH credits the “faithful support of our clients and the dedicated service of our attorneys and staff” for its ability to establish a national presence.
