This Master of Finance program distinguishes itself by rigorously bridging the quantitative foundations of finance with the new technologies of Fintech and Artificial Intelligence. The curriculum moves beyond traditional theory, immersing students in the practical application of machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics, algorithmic trading, and risk management. Through intensive, hands-on group work and industry-sponsored capstone projects, graduates emerge not merely as finance professionals, but as tech-savvy visionaries equipped to design innovative financial products, automate complex decision-making, and lead the digital transformation of the global financial ecosystem.

The Schulich MF is a program partner of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute, the global standard for finance professionals. The curriculum equips students to prepare for all three levels of the CFA Program while providing access to Level I, II, and III sample exams, scholarships, the Financial NewsBrief, and other CFA resources. Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) The MF is also a program partner of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). The curriculum covers at least 70% of the FRM Level I exam, preparing students to pursue the FRM designation while providing access to GARP resources, scholarships, fellowships, and networking opportunities.
