Creating together, following a shared mission and delivering the best service in a nourishing environment – that was Meike Köstring’s dream so many years ago, and it has remained her heartfelt mission ever since. “I wanted to do things differently,” she says.“After four years as a unit manager in one of Germany’s biggest CI/CD agency, I knew exactly how not to do it.
