After more than 10 years of planning and realization buildings of any kind, MundS understand the nature of construction to a tee. Each of their projects delivers a creative, tailor-made answer to the respective building assignment. Their passionate commitment is palpable in every finished project as they stick
to each task with an unwavering focus, from planning to permit through to realization. Their remedy for success consists of a personal relationship between builder and architect which subsequently creates unique results. Architects Evaggelos Melachrinos and Fabian Schlitt studied together and after a few years of gaining experience apart, they combined forces on the first couple of projects. After successfully co-working for a while, they decided to found their mutual enterprise in 2019. Having dealt with large-scale projects from the start, the two architects

The architects believe in a trust-building, respectful and discrete way of dealing with both wishes and budgets. Many of their clients are active in the real estate sector and seek the architects' professional advice from design through to financing, marketing and project development. Even though the housing market is in crisis at present, MundS Architekten is looking ahead with optimism: "Because we think out of the box, nourish a comprehensive network and continuously extend our knowledge, we actually see a chance in every crisis." The architects have already reactivated several stranded projects for their clients and make a point of a lively exchange with politicians to help find constructive solutions: “It remains exciting!”
