Our Advanced Mask Technology Center Dresden is a joint venture of Toppan Photomask and Globalfoundries. Toppan Photomasks Germany GmbH through Advanced Mask Technology Center GmbH & Co. KG develops and produces lithographic photomasks together by using the most advanced production systems in the industry. A photomask is a glass plate having a light shielding film on which ultra-fine circuit patterns are formed and used to produce patterns of complicated semiconductor circuits onto silicon wafers. Having started at 90nm, over the years we developed technologies for the 45nm, 32/28nm, 22/20nm and down to sub-10nm technology cycles. Today we form the largest and most advanced mask factory in Europe. In addition to photomasks for a very wide diversity of semiconductors, we develop and manufacture glass masks for various research & development, silicon stencil masks, molds for nanoimprinting, MEMS, photonics, etc. Our customer base extends far beyond Europe; we supply all major semiconductor markets worldwide. Unser Advanced Mask Technology Center Dresden ist ein Joint Venture von Toppan Photomask und Globalfoundries. Die Toppan Photomasks Germany GmbH entwickelt und produziert hier gemeinsam mit der Advanced Mask Technology Center GmbH & Co. KG lithografische Photomasken unter Einsatz der branchenweit fortschrittlichsten Produktionsanlagen. Eine Photomaske ist eine Glasplatte mit einem lichtabschirmenden Film, auf der ultrafeine Schaltkreismuster-Vorlagen gebildet werden, die zur Herstellung komplizierter Halbleiterschaltkreise auf Siliziumwafern verwendet werden. Angefangen bei 90 nm wurden im Laufe der Jahre Technologien für die 45 nm-, 32/28 nm-, 22/20 nm- und unter 10-nm-Technologiezyklen entwickelt. Heute bilden wir die größte und modernste Maskenfabrik Europas. Neben Photomasken für eine Vielzahl von Halbleitern entwickeln und fertigen wir Glasmasken für verschiedene Forschungs- und Entwicklungszwecke, Silikonschablonen, Nanoimprinting, MEMS, Photonik, etc. Unser Kundenstamm erstreckt sich weit über Europa hinaus; wir beliefern alle wichtigen Halbleitermärkte weltweit.
