"CHOCQLATE chocolate contains only natural products. Instead of using artificial flavours, additives such as emulsifiers and lecithin, milk or refined sugar, we use unrefined coconut blossom sugar with a low glycaemic value. It tastes delicious and is also healthier.”

"My doctor told me that the cocoa bean was one of the most nutritious plants in the world and that chocolate could actually be healthy," she recalls. "The idea of 'healthy' chocolate intrigued me and I started researching."
