"The Winter Edition," Dorffmeister continues, "is a classic London Dry Gin with eleven spices. The main botanical is acacia blossom. We also add jasmine and orange blossom, which gives the gin a sweet, almost liqueur-like character. Drunk neat, it's a real taste sensation!”

"We never intended to sell our gin. However, we kept getting requests from our close, and soon wider, circle of friends. This positive response was the catalyst for us," adds Morris Hebecker, the distillery’s second founder.
