“I first came into contact with PMU in 2006 during my training as a medical beautician. I have been working in the beauty industry ever since. My path has taken me to various positions: from brand consultant to spa therapist in Leading Hotels, to the exciting work of a beautician on cruise ships and assistant manager of a beauty farm. It was during my time in China that I decided to specialise in PMU, as I have always been fascinated by its many possibilities,” recounts Miniaci.
“These varied experiences have had a lasting impact on my understanding of fulfilling work, first-class results and customer service. Through continuous and focused training, I have built up a broad range of expertise. Because of the enormous responsibility I have to my clients and students, this remains essential,” Miniaci emphasises.
One aspect should not be overlooked, stresses Miniaci. “PMU is not just about saving time or feeling attractive. After serious illness or surgery, PMU can also help to restore a patient’s former appearance. For example, with the optical reconstruction of nipples after breast cancer, the concealment of a cleft lip and palate, or the reconstruction of eyebrows after total hair loss.
