Exactly how to integrate intuition into professional decisions works is explained by Winkler in her book ‘Der Bauchkompass’ (The Gut Compass), but also in her NLP Practitioner seminars where the business graduate teaches the basics of personality development, goal achievement, overcoming fear and intuitive communication techniques.
“Especially during the pandemic, I saw managers being dismissed because they didn’t ‘deliver’. Although it was clear that they were limited by the circumstances, the blame was still dumped on them.
