The origins of George Prime Steak & Raw Bar are deeply rooted in a love for American steakhouses and Japanese seafood. George, the owner, spent many years in Toronto where he discovered his passion for American-style steakhouses. This inspired him to open a similar steakhouse in Europe. Following the success of his first restaurant in Prague, he took the leap to Germany, opening a larger, more luxurious sister restaurant.
