Guests can enjoy a seasonal, regularly changing four-course menu or à la carte at the Mountain Hub Gourmet for lunch. In the evening, gourmets have a choice of four to six courses in the tasting menu, accompanied by a sophisticated non-alcoholic accompaniment or wines from the Global Winner Wine Selection at the World Luxury Restaurant Awards 2022, which Johannes J. Gahberger has compiled in the wine cellar of the Mountain Hub Gourmet. "As a chef, the Mountain Hub Gourmet offers me an environment that I could only wish for. Based in the foothills of the Alps, we as a kitchen team have a cornucopia of regional ingredients virtually on our doorstep, from fish from lakes and rivers to certain breeds of animals for excellent meat or dairy prod-
