NUTRIPUR – HEALTHY EATING MADE SIMPLE The business was established by Irina Zaytseva and Heiko Gothe, partners in life for 25 years, parents of two children, owners of two dogs and one cat, and guided by a shared vision: “Eating naturally and making healthy food genuinely enjoyable, using only natural ingredients,” describes Gothe.
Being nominated as a finalist for the 2025 Grand Prize for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises holds special significance for the two entrepreneurs. “The nomination itself was an important acknowledgement of our work,” says Gothe. “And it reflects the growing relevance of healthy nutrition in today’s society,” adds Zaytseva. www.nutripur.eu
The range includes freeze-dried fruits, protein cereals for breakfast, soups or salads, as well as natural snacks such as chickpeas, field beans, vegan gummy bears and protein blends. All products are free from artificial additives, added sugar or substitutes.

The idea for NutriPur emerged from everyday family life. “At breakfast, our daughter would always pick the freeze-dried berries out of her muesli as she liked them best. And we began to wonder why these berries weren’t available as a high quality, additive free snack,” Zaytseva recalls. The question haunted their minds, eventually leading to the founding of NutriPur.
NutriPur positions itself not merely as a snack manufacturer, but as a provider of tasty food with genuine added value. “A single pack of freeze-dried strawberries, for example, can cover an adult’s daily requirement of vitamin C”, explains Gothe. Here, balance is key. “Much like a plant, the body needs the right combination of water, nutrients and sun in order to thrive. Our products help to support this balance.”
