In 2026, she marks her 30th anniversary – an event that also signals a new generation taking over the kitchen. Chef of the Year in 2009 and regularly earns 16 Gault Millau points. The restaurant menus change daily; a favourite feature is creating your own courses from three rotating menus. Emphasis is also placed on sustainability and regional sourcing. The kitchen team works closely with local producers to guarantee short supply chains and fresh ingredients. Food waste? Not a chance! At Hof Weissbad, cooking is done mindfully and with resource conservation in mind. The culinary offerings span several inviting venues: the architecturally striking main restaurant Flickflauder, the elegant veranda, and
the traditional Schotten-Sepp-Stube, named for the pioneer who introduced whey spa treatments to Weissbad over 300 years ago. The rustic farmstead cheese dairy chalet, once a cheese production site, now hosts lively barbecues and fondue evenings for company or private celebrations. The modern, renovated small farmhouse is perfect for banquets with a private chef or kitchen parties for up to 14 guests, while Blumenwerkstatt, surrounded by flowers and plants, accommodates up to 20. “Our seminar park is also increasingly used for banquets of up to 60 people,” says Elias Leu. VIVID CULTURE But Resort Hof Weissbad is more than a destination for gourmets. Guests can relax and enjoy activities in two accommodation categories. The modern three-star Lodge Hof Weissbad features 25 rooms and a relaxed atmosphere, while the four-star superior Hotel Hof Weissbad with 90 rooms emphasises culinary delights and culture.
