I’m Saul Zenkevicius, founder of Z Equity Group and a Commercial Real Estate investor with over 20 years of experience. I’ve built a $100M+ portfolio, invested in 1.2M+ sq. ft., and completed 200+ principal deals and 2,000 brokered transactions. My mission is to grow sustainable CRE investments and mentor others on their path to success. Based in Chicago, I’m also a husband, father of three, and endurance athlete—competing in triathlons and Ironmans worldwide. I’m driven by growth, grit, and helping others push their limits.
