Attendance

Contact the Volunteer Team IMMEDIATELY if:

• You need to cancel your shift with less than 24 hours notice (before 24 hours you can cancel via MyImpact). • You are planning to go on holiday. • You are unable to make your shift for any reason i.e. illness/apointments. • You need to stop volunteering, or put your placement on hold. • You are pregnant or become pregnant so we can ensure you are adequately safeguarded. • Any of your personal details change. • If any heath conditions change (we will need to refer you to occupational health).
