Sarah Warren

Sarah Warren is an entrepreneur in Tallahassee, Florida, whose career journey began in law and evolved into independent business ventures. For over a decade, she practiced as an attorney specializing in public finance and local government representation, guiding clients through complex bond financing transactions and advising numerous special taxing districts. Known for her practical approach and sharp business instincts, Sarah now applies the expertise gained from her legal career to projects she develops with her husband, Gabe. Born and raised in Aspen, Colorado, Sarah graduated from Aspen High School in 2002 before heading to Rollins College in Orlando, Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications, graduating cum laude in 2006, and served as president of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2010, where she was Associate Editor of the Environmental Journal and gained valuable experience in the International Law Practice Clinic. Sarah began her career at American Express in 2011, excelling in corporate account business development and earning top national rankings. In 2013, she returned to the legal profession, joining the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s Office of the General Counsel. There, she worked in community planning and strategic business development, deepening her understanding of government operations and regulations. In 2014, Sarah Warren joined Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., where she became a shareholder in the Special District practice group. Her work spanned community development projects, public infrastructure planning, and acting as Issuer’s Counsel for tax-exempt bond transactions across Florida. In 2022, she moved to Bryant Miller Olive P.A., continuing her public finance work for local governments and collaborating with underwriters and industry leaders to bring projects to completion.
