Ryder also offers three warranty options, so you can choose the vehicle you want and the coverage you prefer.

3 0 -DAY LI MITED POWE RTR AIN WA R R A N T Y For the first 30 days or 10,000 miles/16,000 kilometers from the date of sale on Ryder Certified vehicles, Ryder covers key vehicle components after a $150 deductible if you need to make a claim. Coverage includes: All internally lubricated engine, transmission and rear axle parts Engine block Cylinder heads Injectors Turbocharger Gasket seals Rear axle housing, axle shafts, and differential housing

Excludes engine maintenance items including, but not limited to, carburetors and spark plugs. Additionally, water pumps, hoses, belts, thermostats, engine electronic systems, charge air coolers, fuel pump seals and electronics, and external cylinder head gasket oil and water leaks are not covered.

RY DER E X TE N D E D WA R R A N T Y Why limit yourself? Protect your Ryder Certified or DOT Verified vehicle with comprehensive powertrain coverage up to 12 months or 100,000 miles. Depending on the vehicle, we offer three protection plans.

Purchase a heavy duty-class B vehicle, and choose from Ryder Extended Warranty 3 months/25,000, 6 months/50,000 and 12 months/100,000. For medium-duty vehicles, class 3 through 7, select from Ryder Extended Warranty 3 months/10,000, 6 months/20,000 and 12 months/40,000.

Our unsurpassed maintenance and repair professionals are here to help, and understand the need to maximize your vehicle’s uptime and performance.

Repairs are convenient and handled promptly. We manage the entire claims process – from directing you to a nearby authorized repair shop to paying for all covered repair charges directly, less a $150 deductible per incident – even if there are multiple repairs needed. One deductible and prompt claims service helps keep your business on track.

P REM I U M 2000+® ELITE WAR R A N T Y You’re making a long-term investment in your fleet, so you may want long-term warranty coverage. Ryder partners with Premium 2000+ to offer you Elite Warranty coverage on vehicles 10 years old or newer; coverage plans are offered for 12 months, 24 months, and 36 months.

Coverage may include: All internally lubricated engine parts; 34 parts are covered, including camshaft and cam bearings, crankshaft, hydraulic lifters, main bearings, oil pan and timing gears Non-oil related engine components, including exhaust manifold, flywheel housing, intake manifold, thermostat housing and vibration dampener Engine fuel injectors, water pump, fuel pump and ECM Turbocharger, including bearings, internal variable vane assembly, turbine and turbine shaft, and turbo activator

Premium 2000+ is an a la carte warranty option, with the ability to choose the components that are important to you. Medium-duty vehicles are allowed up to 300,000 miles and Class 8 vehicles are allowed up to 900,000 miles.

In addition to offering coverage for a longer time frame and extended mileage, this warranty includes after treatment.

All internally lubricated transmission parts; 14 parts are covered, including bearings, gear sets, governor and oil pump Differential, including axle housing, axle shafts, bearings, bushings, carrier case, gear sets and limited slip clutch pack After treatment, including ACM, DEF, DOC and DPF Auxiliary power unit, including internally lubricated hard parts limited to camshaft and cam bearings Additional options include a Rental Truck Program, Roadside Assistance, a Comfort Package, and Rapid Repair Guarantee Plus

P REM I U M 2000+® ELITE WAR R A N T Y: M A K IN G A C L A IM When you call Premium 2000+ with a claim, their professional team helps you quickly find a nearby, properly qualified repair facility. Premium 2000+ works with the maintenance team to verify the problem and approve the necessary work. All repairs must be authorized before work begins.

You will be responsible for any claims deductible. Premium 2000+ strives to help you save out-of-pocket expenses and will pay the service center directly for approved repairs.
