The Royal Flying Doctor Service in WA provides free 24/7 aeromedical, primary and telehealth care to people living, working and travelling throughout Western Australia. 26 patients each day receive aeromedical care from the RFDS in WA. RFDS crews carry their lifesaving care to reach patients located anywhere across more than 2.5 million square kilometres of WA – one of the largest and most remote health jurisdictions in the world.
