The community of Peppimenarti was re-established in the 1970’s, when Regina Pilawuk Wilson and her late-husband Harry led the Ngan’gikurunggurr people back to their homeland. This collection of photography documents the outstation movement through Peppimenarti. A multifocal archive, the images tell the story of different forces moving through the community during its formative development.
