This education served as the foundation for his career, and he quickly applied the principles he learned to his entrepreneurial pursuits. In 2005, Knight took a bold step and founded his first landscaping business in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Starting with limited resources, he relied on his sharp business instincts and strong work ethic to build a successful company. He secured key partnerships that helped his business thrive by focusing on residential and commercial landscaping. As the company grew, he sold it to private equity, providing him the capital to expand further and invest in new opportunities. This decision marked the beginning of his successful entrepreneurial journey. Building on his success, Knight co-founded GrowthBridge Coaching and Consulting to help other small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) navigate growth challenges. GrowthBridge provides expert guidance in strategic planning, market analysis, and operational optimization, assisting SMBs to scale effectively and increase profitability. His unique approach is based on his experiences building and growing businesses, and his hands-on knowledge enables him to offer practical, results-oriented solutions.
