Robert has decades of experience in the industry, earning a reputation for his expertise in cost estimation, project management, and building strong client relationships. In 1976, Robert began his career with A.O. Misch Construction in Detroit, Michigan, where he worked as a project manager. He was involved in several commercial building projects across the Detroit metropolitan area, managing the construction of locations such as Michigan National Bank branches and AAA consumer branches. One of his most significant achievements at A.O. Misch was overseeing the construction of the AAA World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan, directly across from the Ford Twin Towers. In 1989, Robert Edward Napior made a significant career change, founding Event Logistics, Inc. in Brookline, New Hampshire. His company focused on managing significant outdoor events, particularly multi-day camping festivals across the United States. His early projects included working with prominent music festivals, such as Phish camping festivals and the early years of the Bonnaroo Festival. These experiences allowed Robert to develop strong event planning and logistics skills, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale events. In 2001, Robert took on a new challenge by becoming the Managing Member and 50% owner of Deployed Resources. Based in Tampa, Florida, the company supplies equipment and services for government agencies, disaster relief, and special events. Under Robert’s leadership, Deployed Resources has become a successful business, providing temporary base camps for military operations, disaster recovery, and significant events.
