Already since 1994 we offer our customers a wide selection for a perfect holiday in Croatia, we are very proud of that. The abbreviation “I.D.” in the company name not only symbolises the two regions Istria and Dalmatia, but also stands for an important guiding principle in the company: new ideas. During your holiday

■ When you book a cruise with I.D. Riva Tours, you get full service at the best price. Our captains are also the owners of the ships and therefore your hosts. Get to know the lonely coves of the Croatian islands and refresh yourself with a jump into the crystal clear water of the Adriatic Sea. In the afternoons and evenings you can stroll around the most beautiful harbour towns and villages of the Mediterranean. Half board or full board is already included in the cruise price. In addition, we also offer numerous active tours that focus on cycling or hiking. You will find a detailed overview of the services directly in the itinerary descriptions. ■ All our accommodation has been selected by us according to strict criteria. We use our many years of experience to select the best accommodation for our guests from the huge range on offer. In any case, we make sure that the value for money ratio is right! ■ When you book a holiday home or vacation rental with I.D. Riva Tours, there are no additional costs or hidden charges. Included in the price are: bed linen, towels, sojourn tax, electricity, gas and water costs, the final cleaning and the use of the air conditioning (if available). We also waive the deposit. ■ Covid-19: As a tour operator, the well-being of our guests has the highest priority.

■ In almost all hotels and holiday resorts, the sojourn tax and the registration fee are already included in the price of the holiday. For mobile homes, the final cleaning is often included or has to be paid directly with the booking, registration fee and sojourn tax sometimes have to be paid on site. This is always specified in detail in our descriptions and price tables. ■ You will receive all the necessary information and telephone numbers with your travel documents. This means you can always reach your representative, who is available to you around the clock in case of emergency!

We have specialised exclusively in Croatia and it is our goal to convince our guests of the beauty of this country in all its facets. Law & Service: Your advantages of booking your holiday with I.D. Riva Tours

■ I.D. Riva Tours is a German tour operator based in Munich and is exclusively subject to German law and legislation. This means a very high level of legal security for you! ■ Our cruises are package tours according to § 651a BGB (Package Travel Act). The same applies to stays in hotels, holiday resorts, holiday homes, apartments and mobile homes, insofar as they are booked in a package with a flight or bus journey. Package holidays are subject to the strict Package Travel Act, which offers the traveller protection in many respects. ■ Ship charters, as well as stays in hotels, holiday resorts, holiday homes, vacation rentals and mobile homes booked without a flight or bus journey are individual services that do not fall under the Package Travel Act. ■ All payments made on the travel price of package tours are insured with R+V Insurance in the event of our insolvency. You will receive a so-called security certificate with the booking confirmation. ■ If deficiencies occur during your trip or in the accommodation booked with us and you report this to our tour guide, we are obliged to rectify these immediately. If these cannot be rectified, you are entitled to a reduction in the tour price. ■ If the airline cancels your flight booked with us as part of a package tour or is insolvent and no longer flies at all, we are obliged to provide a replacement. Of course without any additional costs for you. ■ Wherever you spend your holiday with us, you will be looked after by our representatives. On the cruises, personally at embarkation and disembarkation, and beyond that by phone.
