Wednesday 22 February - 7.30 pm 'Bristol in the 1950's' - Mike Hooper

Wednesday 29 March - 7.30 pm 'The Great Exhibition of 1851' - John Stennard

Wednesday 26 April - 7.30 pm AGM plus - 'The Myths & Legends of Sabrina, Goddess of the River Severn' - Nicola Haasz 'Lothlorian'

These talks will be held in St. Andrews Church, Elm Park, Filton. All talks will start at 7.30 pm. There is plenty of free parking available in the adjacent Church car park.

Please note that the February talk is different from that originally planned. Guests (or those who wish only to come to selected talks) will be asked to pay £5 per session. Please pass the information on these talks to anyone you feel might be interested. We welcome all comers, especially new members. The venue is very spacious, but in order to be careful, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell, has covid, or has recently been in touch with anyone with the virus, should not attend.

Bristol Male Voice Choir

Bristol Male Voice Choir are recruiting new members. 7pm - 9.15pm, St Andrew's Methodist Church, Elm Park, Filton, BS34 7PS. A varied repertoire. There is no audition, but if you visit our rehearsals and decide to join there is a voice test to find out if you are a baritone, bass or tenor.
