Richard Koenigsberg of New York

Richard Koenigsberg of New York is a Civil and Structural Engineer with forty years of experience in the areas of building and bridge inspection, restoration, and construction consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Management Science and Finance from Columbia University. In this position, he worked as both a team leader and a professional engineer diver, conducting critical infrastructure inspections for the U.S. Navy Weapons Station in Concord, California, as well as underwater bridge inspection programs for the New York State Department of Transportation.
