Richard C. Bagdasarian is Executive Vice President of Strategy at America Aero Group LLC and a seasoned aerospace executive with over 45 years of experience in aviation finance, contracts, risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and litigation. He began his aerospace career in 1978 as a Production Engineer supporting suppliers to Sikorsky and Pratt & Whitney. Richard earned his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law, where he captained the National ABA Trial Team, earning Regional Best Individual Advocate honors and the American College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence in Advocacy. He holds a B.A. from Hiram College and also completed a film fellowship with WQED for the U.S. Supreme Court’s Bicentennial Project. A former VP of Strategy at VAS Aero Services and Lead Project Manager for the VAS/Satair transaction, Richard also manages a family office and remains active in business consulting and community leadership.
