Reporting

Project evaluation and 2030 reporting is currently handled by each studio’s Sustainability Integration Leaders, with support from project teams. Projects with a value of one million dollars or more, or those involving MEP, lighting, or energy-use upgrades, will be included in the reporting data. Project Managers collect sustainability data throughout the project while the SRG consolidates and updates the AIA’s 2030 Challenge DDX Platform.

1.

Report Consistently: Establish a database for recording project conditions, regions, and strategies, measuring performance, and informing future work.

2.

Report Accurately: Identify SRG individuals to work with Project Directors and teams to input design assumptions and data, collect and input actual performance data, compare and analyze results, and use information to inform for future work.

3.

Report Responsibility: Develop RATIO comprehensive research plan to determine protocols for disseminating our findings and research internally and externally in a way that promotes and protects our intellectual property.
