Snacks, Sides & Salads Pineapple Peach Pico By: Lilyanne Murphy - Live Oak County 4-H Serves: ~30 Ingredients: 1 diced jalapeĂąo deseeded 1 fresh peach diced 1/8 fresh pineapple diced 1 onion diced Handful of cilantro 1 lime squeezed 1 teaspoon garlic salt 6 tomatoes diced

Instructions: 1. Chop and mix together or you can throw it all in a blender 2. Marinate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
