Rainbow Balloons has been firmly entrenched as a leader in wholesale balloons and accessories since 1986. The seeds of Rainbow, however, were planted much earlier. Company president, Bill Giannasca, started delivering balloons when he was just 16 years old. While still in high school, he ran a small balloon business out of his basement. Donned in a tuxedo with a bottle of champagne in hand, Bill delivered balloons to customers' doorsteps. Rainbow proudly represents all of the balloon industry's leading manufacturers.
