Hayao Miyazaki’s The Wind Rises will open the
five-day festival
sterling tribute to the complex and numerous streams of the innate Japanese form of art. The building will be re-purposed to display Otaku art, where each participant within the exhibition will be given a window to assimilate their art works into the overall theme.
