For Anand L Rai’s next film, Kangana Ranaut is roped in!
'I Don't Feel Insecure' Sonakshi Sinha
‘Queen’ starrer Kangana Ranaut already has about 4 films on her platter, and it is said that she will also be seen in Anand L Rai’s next film venture playing the character of Heer. The four films that she will be seen in are ‘Tanu Weds Manu 2’, ‘Katti Batti’, ‘Mr. Chaalu’ and ‘Divine Lovers’ respectively and now another one to add on in is Anand L Rai’s next which is said to be based on the eternal love story of ‘Heer-Ranjha’. The director said that the script is not fully developed yet, so it will take time. Anand also said that after watching her performance in the film ‘Queen’, he wants her to play the role of modern day ‘Heer’. However, he furthermore said that he for now wants to concentrate on ‘Tanu Weds Manu 2’.
Sonakshi Sinha will be seen in the forthcoming film Action Jackson and the actress says she doesn't feel insecure due to the presence of several other stars in the movie. "In my four years' career, this is my first multi-starrer. I've always played solo heoine. But the fact is even in this film, I was very pampered," said. The film also stars Yami Gautam and Manasvi Mamgai. "I do films with all my sense. When I signed the film, I knew there are two more girls in it. But I am not the kind of person who gets insecure," she
added. Sonakshi, who has worked with established actors like Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar as well as young stars like Ranveer Singh, says she has gotten along with all her co-stars. "Every actor is different and their personality is different. So you can't compare. I have gotten along well with all my co-stars. From senior actors, you get to learn a lot. But with the young lot, you learn things together," said the 27-yearold.

Navin Tyagi, general secretary of the UP unit of Hindu Mahasabha, just a couple of days ago stated that actresses who perform item songs should be declared as prostitutes. Not only this, he also said that women should not be allowed to wear jeans or carry mobile phones. Of course, this was not to be taken lightly as it does sound too offensive and dictates a sexist ideology. Therefore, actress Esha Gupta took up to Twitter to address Navin’s ideology as Talibani views. Here is what she tweeted, “Navin Tyagi sounds more Talibani than Hindu. Probably has some issues hidden in his closet, women not allowed jeans and mobiles? Dude is on crack.”
Actress Freida Pinto, had earlier starred in the Bollywood film Slumdog Millionaire and has otherwise been in a number of Hollywood films. She recently turned a producer and having said that she will only be producing women-centric films. Freida’s spokesperson in India said that she already has two films in her platter that she will be producing. And as she desires, both the films that she will produce will be strong, women centric stories. The first film is said to go on floors in March 2015.
