Public Health Pathways
Public Health Pathways (PHP) was a UK-based charity founded in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, which later closed in 2024. Its mission was to help reduce the gap between scientific knowledge and lived experience. To humanise inequalities the charity's methodology was health research literacy. It comprised listening, co-creating, and knowing when to step back. The trustees, members, and volunteers unanimously agreed to close the charity in 2024, feeling that Public Health Pathways had fulfilled its purpose and with the feeling that the next generation will take their methodology to new levels.
