Prestige Hoskote combines high-rise residences with the scale of a township community. The planned 80-acre development in Dalasagere will comprise 22 towers and approximately 5,200 premium apartments. The homes are proposed in 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations, ranging from 1,060 sq ft to 3,090 sq ft. Each tower is planned with 2 basements, a ground floor, and 28 floors above ground. A massive clubhouse is also part of the proposed development, creating an additional space for recreation and community activities.
