It also taught him the importance of building professional relationships and maintaining consistent quality in every project. In 2012, he transitioned into the technology field, joining JS SAP Group as an IT specialist. His responsibilities included database management, client support, and contract resolution. This role allowed him to develop technical problem-solving skills and strengthen his analytical abilities. Two years later, he advanced to Reliance, where he implemented a centralized database system that improved data accessibility and operational efficiency. His attention to process and system improvement became a central part of his professional identity.
