Up the Creek Farms
Nestled in a peaceful, rural setting just a thirty minute drive north of Vero is a new historic and charming event venue: Up the Creek Farms. Situated on over eight secluded acres, the venue offers a unique and charming taste of old Florida. Majestic oaks draped in Spanish moss, a pristine creek running the length of the property, and the historic Decklan House B&B present a truly exceptional palette on which to create your special event. For instance, there are many beautiful sites to choose from for a romantic and intimate outdoor wedding ceremony. The Boathouse (6000 sq. ft. for receptions) completes the picture with its open air feel, crystal chandeliers and custom bar. The French doors lead to the east wrap-around porch with spectacular views. The Boathouse provides all the modern amenities: air conditioning, catering kitchen, and beautifully appointed bathrooms you would require for such a special occasion. Throw in a variety of vintage and unusual props provided by sister company, Crystal and Crates Vintage Rentals, and you have endless possibilities. Up the Creek Farms is owned and operated by Jessica Tuten and her fiancĂŠ, Tim Watson. Jessica was actually raised on the property in the Decklan House, an 1878 farmhouse (sitting on a hill and up the creek) that was lovingly converted into a Bed & Breakfast used exclusively for weddings and events. Having been in the restaurant and management business, Jessica has brought her knowledge and passion for event coordination back to her roots.
