The Pearls of Promise Foundation was established by eight women of the Metropolitan Detroit Community as a charitable organization whose primary purpose was to focus on the welfare of the youth. The signature programs, Minor Hall and the Ivylettes, focus on education, health, global poverty, and economic security.
