Indeed, since its early days, the Kanika Group has been associated with landmark projects, one being Limassol’s Kanika Enaerios Complex – the biggest construction project in Cyprus in the 1980s, boasting 750 apartments, 250 shops, offices and a city hotel. The Group has since built a portfolio of another five hotels, while developing and overseeing hundreds of residences and commercial properties. Meanwhile, sustainability and environmental awareness, in unison with a sense of corporate social responsibility, have prompted George Th. Karaolis to vow: “We will continue to develop our track record of success and reliability on the principles that were first conceived and created by our father before us.” Such principles, together with the new generation’s commitment to high standards of quality, are set to propel the Kanika Group ever forward. Marios Th. Karaolis says: “Our strategic alliances with overseas partners are based on dedication and hard work, which we consider to be our trademark,” and such a trademark is designed to succeed.
