Based on urban studies on traditional and modern urban space, this project tends to shape spaces, monuments that should be admired when people pass by. Having as a key concept the idea of “community”, this project connects building and space in order to create a sense of place through the existence of “pockets” /semipublic gardens and pathways for the residents of the community. the key factor for the architectural composition and orientation while the transition towards the street is another factor. The shading panels are made of wood and shaped according to the orientation of its façade. On one hand, they offer intimacy from the outside and, on the other hand, they give vibrancy to the facade. The façade is materialized with covering layers of grey brick in order to offer maximal privacy.
