We actually live in Southwest Philly, a few blocks away from here. We just really like the way that West Philly has an interesting and diverse group of people that live here—both people who have been here generationally and new people, it’s a good mix. There’s a strong sense of community here. What’s important to you about having your business in West/Southwest Philly? For us, it was really important that we fit into the neighborhood. We took over a different store that had been here before, and we wanted to see what gaps there were that people really needed to see filled here, instead of asking the community to adapt to our plan.

What kinds of holiday gifts can people expect to find in your shop? We have a lot of music gear, turntables and stereo equipment. Vinyl records and casettes. Can always get a gift card. Repairs on guitars/amps. Something for everyone hwo wants ot listen to or make music.
