Usage of underutilized land, repurposing the port land that has been left abandoned due to an explosion in 1941.The waterfront is proposed as a tourist and recreational zone, Integrate it with the rest of the city Ropeway to the Elephanta caved, Tourist ferry while preserving which will have several features like the Mumbai eye, Cruises,heritage structures.This museum will be a great addition to this since it would attract tourists and also fetch economy to the port.
