THE ARTHURS SEAT EAGLE AUTUMN FESTIVAL The Arthurs Seat Eagle Autumn Festival is a must-visit event running from April 7th to 24th. Featuring a variety of activities for nature lovers, foodies, and families, our Autumn Festival is fun for all. The first few days of the festival offer Easterthemed activities for kids, from April 11th, the focus shifts to local experiences of autumn, featuring nature, locally sourced produce, and natural experiences. The Arthurs Seat Eagle is a state-of-the-art gondola cableway that soars from Dromana to Arthurs Seat, the highest point on the Mornington Peninsula. Newly renovated, with new retail spaces at both the summit and the base stations, the Eagle combines the wonder of a world class tourism attraction, with excellent customer service and casual dining.
The festival has partnered with Living Culture, a not-for-profit organisation offering free guided walks of Arthurs Seat and Seawinds Garden, providing unique insight into the Indigenous Heritage of the Boon wurrung / Bunurong traditional owners of the land. Foodies will love the festival's partnership with Moonah Dunes Honey, a single origin raw honey producer located in Rye, offering honey tastings and experiences at the Eagle during the festival. Book the Twilight Experience on April 15th, with gondolas running until 9pm, for a unique evening flight into the night. The Eagle has partnered with local gin distillery Bass and Flinders to offer a special Twilight Experience package, including a local autumn canape platter and unique gin tasting.
With unparalleled views across the bay to Melbourne and beyond, the Eagle offers a unique perspective of the glorious, everchanging landscape in a spectacular location.
Finally, live music will be offered on-site on Saturdays during the festival, rounding out this unforgettable autumn experience.
The Arthurs Seat Eagle Autumn Festival offers a school holiday program with different activities offered every day, including leaf bugs, rock painting, and nature crowns.
