BGCIRC Golf Tournaments BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY For the 21st year, the Boys & Girls Clubs held their fundraising golf tournaments: the Pro Am on November 6 at John’s Island Golf Club West, and both the Ladies’ Nine and Shine and the Club Open a week later at Bent Pine. More than 20 local businesses and individuals made the events possible, and the funds raised will support after-school and summer programs at BGCIRC’s three clubs: Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Fellsmere. More than 1,000 young people are served by these programs, which are geared toward helping them become productive, responsible, and compassionate citizens.
